Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email epcgrowth@gmail.com with the subject “EPC AI Chat Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your business name, the email used for your EPC AI Chat account and the WhatsApp Business account identifier or phone number connected to the service.
3. State whether you want specific eligible data deleted or the account closed and eligible account data deleted.
4. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and explain the applicable deletion process. Eligible information will be deleted or anonymized subject to technical, contractual, fraud-prevention and legal retention requirements.

Disconnecting platform access

You may also remove EPC AI Chat permissions through the relevant Meta Business or WhatsApp Business account settings. Disconnecting access does not automatically remove every record that must be retained for lawful or security reasons, so contact us if you also require deletion.
